ITS offers the most comprehensive medical study abroad assistance package! The most important aspects of the first year of your study abroad have been carefully planned for your convenience. Everything from housing, university enrollment, registration and residency permit, to excursions, is included when you sign up for our ITS medical study abroad assistance program.

PRE-DEPARTURE SERVICES:

►ITS has qualified medical study abroad advisers who will offer personalized advising for each student and his/her parents, by assessing and advising students regarding their ability/readiness to attend medical school abroad.

►ITS administrates the entire application process to the desired University by assisting the student with completing the application, and putting together all the needed documents. Once the application package is completed, it will be hand delivered to the University by our Onsite ITS Director who is familiar with the procedures, policies and regulations within the University.

►ITS will arrange for the translation and notarization of the necessary documents as part of the application process.

►ITS assists students in finding centrally located housing either in shared apartments, student dormitories or living with a host family.

►ITS prepares the student for arrival on-site by providing a thorough pre-departure information packet including specific information about customs, culture, along with the contact information of the Onsite Program Director of the destination city.

►ITS offers students and parents support via email and/or telephone for any questions or concerns regarding our program.

ON-SITE SERVICES:

►The Onsite ITS Director will meet the students at the airport on the designated days and pick-up times, and will provide transportation to the students’ pre-arranged housing.

►The following week, the Onsite ITS Director will start the orientation week which will introduce the students to the new city, culture and the host University. The Onsite ITS Director will also assist the students with the University Registration and the study residency permit processes.

►Housing is included in the ITS program fee.

►Tuition is included in the ITS program fee.

►The Onsite ITS Director organizes mid-semester weekend excursions to surrounding attractions, day trips and sightseeing tours.

►Return transportation to the airport is included. Please notify us via email of your planned return date.

►ITS will provide academic advising and guidance to each student in the process of receiving licensure in the United States.
